Gannett Peak Ski Descent 2018

Titcomb Basin in the Wind River Mountain Range of Wyoming may be one of the more powerful places I have spent time in the last few years of my life. Connecting to the earth with bare feet while on a ski mission to Gannett Peak was something that words can't describe so I will use as few as possible and let the images of the Wind River Wilderness do the inspiring. I went with my close friend David Stubbs and over 4.5 days we covered 44 miles and skinned, climbed and descended 10,000. Stay tuned to the end of this post for a list of what gear I thought was crucial to our success. READ MORE!

Gannett Peak Ski 2018.

Day 1-Hiking near photographers point.

Just a few hours into the mission as we head towards photographers point. A lot of the snow had melted in the last 7-9 days. We got lucky with a cold snap just before we launched.
